1- on the computer

As far as computers are concerned, it is necessary that you use the Google Chrome browser for the method to work with you, because you need to install this add-on on your browser, and usually, in most cases, you will find it pre-installed on your browser.

After that, you go to the following link, which is the Google Drive settings, and then check the Offline option. This way, you can access your files without the Internet by typing its link in the search bar of Google Chrome.

2- On Android and IOS

For Android and IOS owners, the method is very simple: just go to any file in Google Drive, click on the three dots and enable the Available offline option.

Now, whenever you want to preview any of the files in which you have enabled the Avialable Offlie option, you access the side menu by swiping from left to right, then choose the offline section, and there you will find all the files you want and you can preview them without the Internet.
